Write for Us

We’re always looking for new writers to join our team.

We commission news analysis, opinion pieces, editorials, personal reflections, photo essays and profiles, of between 500 and 3,000 words in length, with 1,000-1,500 words being typical. We aim for a broadsheet journalistic style- The Economist or The New Yorker are good guidelines- but we’re not overly fussy: the key requirement is good writing!

We’re currently having some technical issues with the contact form below, so if you want to get in touch either email contactcambridgeglobalist@gmail.com or join our Facebook group.

Fill out the form with your details and the topic you would like to write on and one of our editors will be in touch.

(Optional, but if you've written for any other online publications, or keep a blog of any sort, we'd love to see it to get an idea of your style.)

NOTE We are generally unable to accept submissions from anyone who is not a student, alumnus, employee or associate of the University of Cambridge or of Anglia Ruskin University, or who is not a student at another institution. We also do not generally publish material which has already been published elsewhere. Exceptions may be made: please contact the editors.
